  • We Implement the Property Plan Once the property plan has been developed, we then proceed with implementing it. We hand over the property responsibilities to the client. Regardless of the decision made, we remain transparent and have clear expectations. We remember that regular monitoring and report of events are essential in ensuring that the property plan is being executed effectively. We provide regular updates to the client and respond promptly to any maintenance requests.
  • We then Gather the  details and documents, Send a welcome email with any information deemed important, Send a copy of the agreement to the client, Discuss any questions the client may have, Review price and payment details, Delegate property or input details on property management software, Send monthly reports and summaries.

Yes, there is documentation and legal fee to be paid, and that will be 5% value of the land, and also a certain amount that is to be paid for facility fee on yearly basis. This amount shall be determined estate management office. This is the payment plan for the facilities fee:
– 20% after DPC
– 15% at lintel level
– 20% after decking
– 20% at the lintel level of upper floor
– 25% after roofing
