Cyntilos Homes and Properties Realtor Ltd. was incorporated in 2021 under corporate allied act of the federal republic of Nigeria by the corporate affairs commission (CAC). This was after several years of tireless brainstorming sessions of pragmatic method of solving Nigeria’s nagging housing challenges.

The firm started as a realtor firm and grew into construction working alongside with key players in the real estate industry such as Mahara Homes Ltd, Stats Global Homes Ltd, Anvil Firm Nig Ltd, Mohams Nigeria Ltd, Spazio 360 Ltd, Senam Integrated Services Ltd, Aisha Homes by total, Aishat Nig Ltd, Bullion Group Ltd etc. With a young and foward thinking team, Cyntilos Homes and Properties Realtor Ltd has within three years executed world class facilities located in Lugbe, Idu, Jikoyi and Wuye district of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Nigeria.

Barr Cynthia Asoluka Nnamdi is a Law graduate of the University of Calabar, Cross RIvers State, Nigeria. She bagged an LLB and a Bachelor at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School Lagos Nigeria. She has been an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). In her quest to grow, she explored the Real Estate Business world and started with the management of Individual properties, and Estate management for clients. She is known to be diligent, hardworking, honest and versatile both as a litigation lawyer and as the principal partner at I.C Asoluka Nnamdi & C0-Crystal Solicitors, doubled as the Chief Executive officer of Cyntilos Homes and Properties Realtor Ltd. She has experience in project management, Product management and Business Development management. Her experience as a Property lawyer gives her an edge over contemporaries.

Engineer Mohammed Babatunde Bello is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Kaduna State. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in in Building and he is an active member of Council of registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). He has supervised and built so many world class structures in Nigeria and delivered magnificent Homes for Cyntilos Homes. He is a committed and result driven builder with a fervent commitment to delivery innovative infrastructure solutions. He has software experience in General Auto Cad (Autodesk) office, Orion, Prostastructure and Civil 3D which makes him stand out as a building Engineer.He is a strong rock at Cyntilos Homes with over 20 years experience.
